The album title comes from the flow state I often find myself in when making music. All the tracks here weren't written by design but came out when I was in that mindset.
After being stuck in a block of flats during covid, I moved to my childhood home in the country where my music (particularly my cello) won't disturb anyone. Having a milestone birthday and a house full of memories led to a lot of self reflection. I recorded some sounds from my Father's workshop which was untouched from when he died 15 years ago and used a tape recording of my baby son from over 20 years ago, amongst other field recordings.

Set in a clinic Abbie the director wanted a soothing and calm feel with a hint of unease.I used Tibetan bowl sounds for the calm feeling bringing in other more unsettling sounds.
