Let me take you on a journey through music. The piece you are about to hear is an improvised soundtrack of what goes on inside; emotions and thoughts that have been locked in for a long time. I finally found the courage and motivation to bring this to life on one Tuesday morning, recorded all in one take. The beauty of it is that it's not perfect, just like you and me. 

Sometimes it takes a lot of courage to share to the world our deepest
selves through our art or music. I'm really proud of myself for creating this and I hope this encourages you to do the same -- create what you feel and don't be afraid to share it.
