currently taking Blank's class and i made this arrangement + sang over it as the first assignment :)

the house/electric sound that i'm going for comes from the synths used in the beginning, especially with the syncopated rhythm in the very first synth. I decided to keep a similar beat that the original song uses so there is some familiarity. I also added some guitar w a lot of reverb in the background, a funky bassline that has more jumps during the chorus, and some cool effects. overall making music is so hard WOW but great learning experience :)
