Sometimes, something just isn't workable. But it's always hardest when it's so damn close. You spend your days and nights working, hanging out with people, keeping busy and yet, sometimes at night, maybe sitting at your laptop, you still think about it from time to time. 

A song about letting go of the past, while honoring it and having gratitude for its essence and the people who come and go over the course of our lives. 

To live right, it's almost like we have to accept that each moment is real and whole in and of itself.

She's Miles Away Teaser

This track heralds the beginning of a new era, accepting that I am a psychedelic music junkie at heart and just running with that, leaving the "producer" thing behind, leaning more into strengths as a bassist and instrumentalist with both renewed and newfound confidence. It represents a big step forward in sound selection and composition with the admittedly meager resources at my disposal. I know what I like, and that's all I really have. *might* be one of the tracks on the coming project ;)
