This track started out as a bass riff I wrote around April 2022 and has been being worked on since January 2023. It's finally ready. Heavily influenced by the US post metal band Rosetta.

The name "Borboletinhas" means "Little Butterflies" in portuguese, which is what the main keyboard riff reminds me off. The album art was generated through a series of Artifical Inteligence text-to-image methods.

This song was born from some tinkering-around a vaguely oriental-sounding melody in mid 2022 and around November started being worked on in a heavily shoegaze/metalgaze-influenced style, particularly the album Kodama, by Alcest. The track has been being developed from a 2 minute demo into a 7-minute, quite densely arranged song.This is an instrumental version of the track. 

The version with vocals will eventually come together with a bunch of other tracks in an upcoming EP.The art was made through the Midjourney AI text-to-image generator.
