Originaire de Nantes dans l'Ouest de la France, Jo Prex a été influencé par la musique depuis tout petit. La musique c'est de famille! Né de parents mélomanes, il a été bercé par les sons DISCO FUNK de l'époque en passant par la DANCE. Et c'est à l'âge de 11 ans qu'il acquière ses premières platines. Il se perfectionne dans le mix et surtout dans le domaine de l'ELECTRO et du LATINO (REGGEATON, DANCEHALL, MERENGUE …)
Étant très éclectique, il excelle aussi bien dans d'autres style tel que le HIP - HOP / OLD SCHOOL / R&B / HOUSE / TWERK. Une volonté et une détermination à vouloir réussir impressionnante, un entrainement constant, voilà la clé ! Producteur de jingles et voix off depuis plusieurs années, cela lui a permis de lui ouvrir des portes en radios, tel que SUN, NTI, ou encore HIT WEST.
