A song I made up from old riffs I've had in my head for a long time. Sorta came together now i think! Stay tuned for the final version (hopefully) with vocals. Maybe aslo another more heavier rock version! Enjoy!

"Rise and Run" är en låt som jag och mina gamla lagkamrater i IF Kraft skrev en härlig sommarhelg 2010. Den släpptes samma år och handlar om idrottsföreningens historia i lite humoristisk anda på Närpes-dialekt och kanske inte i de renaste av sångtoner. Men det är ju tanken som räknas och här är den igen men i en uppfräschad nyproduktion!
