i was today years of age nang malaman ko na meron palang finsta for couples - i thought finstas were made mostly for art accounts, furparents, and uhh endeavors that are lascivious in nature hehe - but i digress - so ayun, and i saw this couple friend of mine had one and i thought it was cute and on the ride home from work while standing on the bus aisle i had already drafted in my head a stanza for a song on my reflection on how it must feel like to have that degree of shared identity with another person - someone you can trust, someone you can't help but adore, and someone you chose to love.

hence, after writing the lyrics overnight and exploring a good key to play the song in (went with key of G for my own allusion) - Giliw was made.
