I made this song as an epic celebration of the life of my favorite emperor in my Empire of Scandinavia run of Crusader Kings 3. He greatly expanded the empire by subjugating Khazaria, earned the right to rename the entire empire Danelaw by conquering England, became the most prestigious and holy man in the world, reformed Asatru, and led a successful great holy war against the Byzantine Empire for southern Italy.

The song sections are, Beginning, Early expansion and Danelaw, Prestige, Piety, Holy War, Death, Remembrance.

People seem to like descriptions for these contest entries so here's a story to set the mood: Once there was a pony frolicking peacefully when some Vikings invaded. This made the pony angry so they opened a portal to the future and got their cyberking friend to honor the 3000 year treaty and defend the pony's lands. The pony with the cyberking's help proceeded to rip an tear until the land was bathed in blood and gore.
