I made this remix to play during my DJ set at my friends' wedding after party. Khruangbin was the first show that I attended with just the two of them (at Outside Lands), so it was a fitting track to remix for their special day.

Το νέο άλμπουμ της Nalyssa Green έχει τον τίτλο “Πολύ Καλή Στα Πάρτυ” και είναι το πέμπτο στην δισκογραφία της.

Μία πολύχρωμη ηχητική εμπειρία μέσα από 11 τραγούδια, που εξερευνούν θέματα όπως η ενδοσκόπηση, η γυναικεία δύναμη και αλληλεγγύη, ο έρωτας, το φθαρτό σώμα και η απόκρυφη γοητεία της νυχτερινής ζωής. Για άλλη μια φορά η Nalyssa Green χτυπάει κατευθείαν στην καρδιά του ακροατή, μόνο που εδώ εκτός από τη μουσική και τους στίχους έχει κάνει και την παραγωγή ολόκληρου του δίσκου.

Το άλμπουμ πάλλεται από μια εξωπραγματική ενέργεια, που δημιουργεί μία ηλεκτρισμένη ατμόσφαιρα, όπου τα ηλεκτρονικά beats συναντούν τις εσωστρεφείς εξομολογήσεις της Nalyssa. Οι ιστορίες ξεκινούν εκεί που τελειώνουν ο θόρυβος και το χάος των πάρτυ. Τα αιθέρια φωνητικά και τα στακάτα ραπ διαπλέκονται με υπνωτικούς ρυθμούς.  Οι στίχοι κάνουν παιχνίδι με τις λέξεις, προσπερνούν τα κλισέ της ποπ κουλτούρας και συναντούν αρχέγονα σύμβολα. Το Πολύ Καλή Στα Πάρτυ αγκαλιάζει το σκοτάδι και τις σκιές μίας δυστοπικής πραγματικότητας, όμως ταυτόχρονα διακατέχεται από μία παιδική αισιοδοξία και είναι ανυποχώρητα αυτοσαρκαστικό. Και κάπως έτσι, με λυρισμό, πάθος και θάρρος, η Nalyssa Green ανοίγει μία νέα σελίδα στην σύγχρονη ελληνική ποπ.

Nalyssa Green unveils her new release «Poli Kali Sta Party (Very Good At Parties)» which is the fifth album in her discography. 

A colourful sonic experience through 11 songs, exploring themes such as introspection, female power and solidarity, love, the perishable human body and the secret allure of nightlife. Once again Nalyssa Green communicates with her music straight through to the listener’s heart, only this time in addition to writing the music and lyrics, she has also produced the whole album. 

The album pulsates with an otherwordly energy that creates an electrifying atmosphere where electronic beats meet Nalyssa’s introspective confessions. The storytelling begins where the noise and chaos of parties end. Her ethereal vocals and staccato rap intertwine with hypnotic rhythms. Her lyrics play with words, bypass pop culture cliches and reach primitive symbols. Poli Kali Sta Parti embraces the darkness and shadows of a dystopian reality but at the same time is possessed by a childlike optimism and is relentlessly self-mocking. And just like that, with lyricism, passion and guts, Nalyssa Green introduces new elements to the Greek modern pop scene.
