Inspired by Samuel Beckett's radio plays, Jesus in Jeans is an audio play set to music.  A young man returns to his hometown after being away, to visit a friend who is dying.  Physical changes in the town trigger memories of his childhood and he finds it hard to express his feelings during the last conversation he has with his friend.  Ordinary objects begin to resonate with his disillusioned state, causing him to re-evaluate his childhood, in particular his religious upbringing and the possible futility of redemption.
