"George Washington" is the first track off the new album "Slink" by the Joe Marcinek. It was produced by Joey Porter (the Motet) and features Porter on keys, Garrett Sayers on bass, and Pete Koopmans on drums. 

The album was recorded at Scanhope Sound in Littleton Colorado. The engineer was Josh Fairman who mixed it with Joey Porter. The album was masterd by David Glasser at Airshow Mastering (Boulder, Co)

Joe Marcinek Band is an ever evolving mixture of original compositions and incredible musicians. Each show has a slightly different lineup and interpretation.

The group has performed for Bill Clinton's Clinton Global Initiative at the Field Museum in Chicago and did a set on the 99th floor of the Willis (Sears) Tower.
