We first heard of Doc Jay in the infamous Libramix series where his contributions have been and still are constantly on repeat. He has not only created a wonderful mix series (Doc Jay's Inn) during lockdown, but Julius is also a very talented painter and overall visual artist. Hailing from Stockholm, Doc Jay blesses us with "a 2h 20min selection built by 100% Swedish music from the late 80s and 90s (or 97,6 % to be exact, as I accidently threw in a brittish track hehe...)" - in his own words. Doc Jay

Born in Kent on the outskirts of London, Half Mauritian half Moroccan, raised to music from both Morocco and Mauritius, Mehdi El-Aquil is an immaculate DJ and Selector who has witnessed the pivoting of musical currents over the past decades. Heavily inspired by Jazz-funk, Hip-hop, Electro Boogie, Afro-beat, Soul, and House music, Mehdi has been honing his craft since the early 80s. As a DJ he has transitioned from playing in Ibiza to making regular appearances in London during the mid-90s, followed up by a steady relocation to Australia back in 2004.
Firm lover of music on Vinyl as a medium with a continuously rising interest in electronics and studio gear, Mehdi has gathered solid knowledge and expertise over the years, which has led to the creation of his own equipment line 10 years ago, Condesa Electronics, a globally renowned series of high-end mixers, hand-made in South Australia.

Mehdi's DJ style is free-floating, eclectic, and lively, with a penchant for positive vibes fully summarizing the essence of DJing.
