EMA - Electronic Music Anthem is pleased to present Jickow on 'Sounds Of Krafted'.

Born in the south of France, Jickow is a DJ, producer and event organiser who has carved out a place for himself in the world of electronic music.

It all started in the south of France, between Montpellier and Marseille, where Jickow has been shaking up the electro scene. DJ, artistic director, manager of a booking agency, he is at the heart of the night world.

It is finally in Belgium that Jickow has fully blossomed as an essential part of the Brussels nightlife. After a 4-year break, he came back with the "Hedonism Party Crew" project which was a real success in Brussels. Since then, the collective's parties have reached new clubs such as Club Vaag in Antwerp or Rex Club in Paris.

After all these years in the nightclub scene, Jickow has developed an intimate relationship with music and takes the time to produce because Jickow is a lover of melodies, sound and rhythm which he then takes pleasure in sharing with the public.

In the last two years, his productions have been released on Movement Recordings, Resopal Schallware (vinyl and digital), Natura Viva, Area Verde or Deep House Belgium & Beatfreak with the support of big names in electronic music, such as Solomun, Âme, Sven Vath, Armin Van Buuren, Ricardo Villalobos, Joris Voorn, Dubfire, Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold, Damian Lazarus, Maceo Plex, Joseph Capriati, Sasha, Marco Carola and many more...

Cat No SO199 is the right reference that will not leave indifferent lovers of good contemporary electronic music.

Phonique returns to his own Ladies and Gentlemen imprint with a stunning collaboration with Swedish singer / songwriter Antonia Vai. 

Grass is Greener is presented here in four versions - the main mix showcasing Michael Vater a.k.a Phonique’s exceptional production skills with Vai’s delicious, seductive vocals. The track is built on a bed of melancholic yet euphoric chords, held together by a slick groove and Phonique’s signature deep floorishes - yet also highlighting some serious pop credentials. 

The Club Mix brings another dimension to the track, opening up the groove to something more floor-ready - emotional house music that will undoubtedly find its way into some serious sets over the next months. 

Also here is a superb radio mix and an instrumental for the DJs - making up a serious package from the label that continues to go from strength to strength.

@SmalltownDJs and @rrotik bless @NightBassRecords with their “Love Is Gone” EP. These Calgary legends present us with a brilliantly unique 3-tracker, calling upon rrotik and @Taiki-Nulight-uk for a remix. First up is title track collab with rrotik, a fantasy provoking mix of emotionally-charged vocals alongside shuffling synth work that sends you into the psytrance-like rhythms of “Wake Up”, another rrotik collaboration and a refreshing addition to the Night Bass discography. Rounding off the EP, Taiki Nulight splices up “Love is Gone” into a whole new production, adding his signature sound and darkening it up a bit. This is one of the most versatile releases we’ve seen on Night Bass in a while!
