[Suara 217] Wade - Hypnotic Beat (Chus & Ceballos Remix) Snippet

Solid Grooves serve up a five-track Ibiza sampler to tie in with their summer of events at Vista Club in Ibiza. In light of this the founders have curated five tracks from some of their core roster that’s illustrative of the Solid Grooves musical aesthetic including PAWSA and Michael Bibi alongside label favourites ONNO, Reelow and Dennis Cruz.

First up our Debut Transmission today, Dennis Cruz ‘Fever’ is a rumbling track boasting echoing percussion and a heady spoken word sample. Michael Bibi then drops a moody number teeming with syncopated rhythms and chopped vocals before ONNO unleashes a cavernous cut named ‘Body Shake’ that’s geared for the peaktime. Next, PAWSA ‘Luster’ is a bass fuelled roller that takes no prisoners until Reelow concludes the package with the intricate ‘Shaolin Slap’.

Hailing form Thessaloniki in Greece, Tennan (@tennanmusic) is a talented newcomer to the world of house and techno with an infectious enthusiasm and dedication to sound quality. Having previously been involved in other music genres and music bands from an early age he eventually moved into the realm of production, relocating to the UK to study at Leeds Metropolitan University where he honed his skills in the infamous Northern party city.

“Music has always been my biggest passion in life and being given the opportunity to record an EP for one of my favourite labels, VIVa MUSiC has been a true blessing. My life literally revolves around the studio and I've always been fixated with analog gear which I've broadly used for the creation of this EP.
