This song is about the quiet war we fight inside, about trying to show up for someone you love when you’re not even sure you can show up for yourself. I wrote it during a time in my life when I never thought of hurting myself, but I did wonder if maybe it would be easier if I wasn’t here at all. It’s a reminder that your mind can make you feel like you’re too much, too broken to stay, but don’t believe that voice. Your mental health matters. The night might feel too long, like you’ve missed your chance to come back, but trust me, you haven’t. The cracks in your heart aren’t where you end; they’re where the light gets in. The crisis you’re in today isn’t the end of your story. It’s the fire that shapes you, the forge that makes you shine brighter tomorrow.
