For the past 7 years, I have welcomed the New Year by running into it, starting at around 11:30 PM. As I pound the pavement, memories from the past year come rushing back to me, like a romantic comedy set in the bustling streets of New York City (if only life were a movie, right?). I reflect on all the things I've achieved, the lessons I've learned, and the amazing people I've met. And at the stroke of midnight, I take a deep breath and set new intentions for the year ahead.
