The Moscow-based label Community-Bassed Records situates itself within the tradition of the 90s East London garage and the 00s Sheffield bassline. The first release of Pure Density EP brings together artists who have established themselves with unique styles all over the former Soviet Union. Following tradition, bass music from Perm, Yekaterinburg, Minsk and Moscow is being created today. That is the reason the album cover refers to Scott Garcia's iconic 1997 single, the time when UKG took its shape. The concept of the release showcases each artist regardless of general stylistic criteria, with the main motif being a love of British quality sound.
