Beanfield’s “Tides” was originally released in 2004 and evolved into an all-time club anthem by means of Carl Craig’s huge remix (C's Movement #1).

Almost 20 years later, on a grey, foggy day in late November’21, Toto Chiavetta sent sunny greetings from Sicily our way and attached his fresh, stunning remix of Beanfield's early noughties Compost classic featuring the unique vocal performance of Bajka.

And he perfectly translates the vibe of this record into here and now.

Solid Grooves unveil their 2022 'Ibiza Sampler' as Michael Bibi and PAWSA invite seven of the label's residents and regulars for a huge summer offering.

2022 is shaping up to be a year to remember for Solid Grooves as they celebrate ten years in style with a host of stand-out shows, including OFF Sonar and Kappa Futur, alongside recent appearances at Space Miami, Fabric and Printworks.

However, the crown jewel in the programming undeniably comes via their biggest Ibiza season to date. With a move to renowned institution DC10 backed by lineups stacked full of talent, the collective only adds to things on the label front as they reveal their latest summer compilation. Opening the season in style, the nine-track 'Ibiza Sampler' welcomes the arrival of a stacked V/A with fresh heat from close friends and ever-impressing regulars.

In usual fashion, co-founders Michael Bibi and PAWSA contribute a pair of heavily-requested signature cuts, alongside peak-time and after-hours anthems from residents Dennis Cruz, Eddy M, Reelow, Ramin Rezaie and Bassel Darwish, plus label signees Classmatic and JUST2.

iger Stripes returns to Drumcode with 'Nocturnes' for his annual EP outing, crafting a pair of blue-ribbon dance oor weapons inspired by the night.
The Swedish artist is a cherished act on the label, his involvement with DC going back to 2009. One of the most creative in his  eld, he typically mines in uence from across the musical spectrum. Indeed, a Tiger
Stripes track could employ subtle nods to everything from rock and pop, to reggae and hip hop, all seamlessly integrated into a dynamic techno palette.

Born in Miami with family roots from Cuba, brothers, Andrew and Gino, have paved a bright road ahead for themselves. Their latest releases have been supported by artists such as Black Coffee, Joeski, Dennis Cruz, Blondish, label boss Nic Fanciulli and more. Most well known for their label imprint, "Hurry Up Slowly", Calussa are no newcomers to the DJ stage with a summer 2022 tour comprising of dates across the globe including Pacha Barcelona, Annabel's Mayfair, Música New York, Chinois Ibiza, Paradise Music Festival and many more. The 'Nara' EP promises afro drums, robust percussion, transcendent Cuban-inspired sounds, hypnotic vocal chants, deep driving basslines and mesmerizing synth hooks throughout. With their Ibiza residency at DC10 Ibiza proving to be one of the stand-out series of the summer, it's safe to say Solid Grooves are making 2022 a year to remember as they also celebrate 10 years with a wealth of huge shows across the globe. Showing no signs of slowing when it comes to dropping impactful records across both labels, late-September welcomes the arrival of a big debut collaboration between UK talent Ben Sterling and Argentinian Bodeler as the pair combine for their first appearance on Solid Grooves with 'Uno Dos Tres'.

Fusing rolling organic percussion with playful vocal samples, snaking basslines and crisp hi-hats, 'Uno Dos Tres' delivers an impactful stripped back cut from the duo as they unveil a production perfect for the main room and the afters.

At DC10's closing party at Ibiza the Subb-an Remix was played no less than 3 times and the crowd was ecstatic each time.
