The unique musical compositions in the song titled “Apophis” on the bands 2nd studio album titled "Portals" is designed to transport the listener through an extra-dimensional audio experience that is achieved by a culmination of catchy club, and dance beats that are only expanded by the further spontaneous trance musical scores with natural acoustic and electric guitar rock riffs. 

The force and drive behind the music is evident by the underlying use of electronic dance vibes. Center Mass engineers sequence powerful layered audio stems, by balancing amazing earth sound and space-scapes that ultimately combine the music concepts of "artistification" (derived from sonification), all designed to transport and uplift the human spirit.

"Hyun," meaning "to brighten," is a part of my name that was dropped when I immigrated to America, not by my choice, but at the urging of my mother and school. It was deemed too difficult for non-Koreans to pronounce. While I hold no resentment, I chose to reclaim this part of myself by naming this album "Hyun Beat Tape." I embraced being unapologetically myself, writing, mixing, and mastering every track solo, with no features or co-producers. While I deeply cherish collaborating with other artists, this project is a testament to my growth as a self-taught DJ, producer, and engineer.
