‘Rhymes are taking over my psyche,
Unaware in their care I walk blindly,
Must abide, can’t hide as they find me,
Between vines of green ivy they bind me,
So unsurprisingly I rap tightly,
Never relent, fight me like a pikey,
Can’t shun run away in my Nike,
Reject them and leave them behind me,
Forget them, they come back to bite me,
Ask for respite yet they deny me,
Kept up all night they lie beside me,
My Aphrodite wily she pines me,
Inside me seem to now define me,
Tick-tock like a clock they now wind me,
Must obey all orders assigned me,
Sat in the back seat, meek as they drive me. ‘

Not withholding all I’m divulging,
Walking towards a light I’m absolving,
My soul once out of control, I kept scolding,
Hip hop the school of thought I’ve enrolled in,
The soil in which my roots have now grown in,’

Crave attention when boxed like tinsel,
Inmates locked away, left to wrinkle,
Imprisoned to rhythm, now simple,

Crowd full of eyes I need to see twinkle,
Rhymes the wheels, beats form the spindle,

Bag full of swag I’m still yet to swindle,
All foreseen through balls which are crystal.’

Selected to mend truth been bended,
Defend it from clown’s attempts which are wretched,
Bro when I throw a bone you go to fetch it,
Absurd, thank god emerged to transcend it,
Regaling this tale, know that I meant it,
I don’t think this up mate, simply sense it,
Fool to attempt to duel, fight against it,
The story’s commencing and is never ending!’
