"Taking Flight" is largely influenced by a song I wrote just over a year ago titled Plans for Victory. Since it was the first song I'd ever written I wanted to re-record the entire thing with my contemporary musical and production know-how. As I started the project I made a ton of changes to the song, so much so that it ended up being a completely new, different piece, with previous riffs appropriately added in here and there. I'm more proud of this song than anything else I've made. Enjoy.

The Krusty Krab Goes Djent!

SORRY for the constant reposting of this track!! I keep improving the mix and I don't want the progress to go unnoticed. But yeah, this is my best production work by far. So stoked on how huge it sounds. 

I've been using Slate Digital FG-X for mastering for 24 hours at most and there have already been pretty fantastic results. Might just abandon Ozone...

Jolly Boy Anthem

A fairly diverse collection of video-game-esque ideas I picked up and prematurely put down. I'd argue that these showcase a musical "vocabulary" not present in much of my guitar work. I've always found it easiest to realize what I hear in my head with the use of midi. FL Studio for everything. Heavy use of earthbound soundfonts because they have a really nostalgic character and I dream of being recognized by @nelward (as we all should), but some tracks make use of other instruments, including those from Touhou, Sega Genesis, regular 8-bit, um... I'm not good with the nomenclature. I'd like to put more work into these if the inspiration would ever come. The unabridged individual tracks are barely longer than they are here; we're talking ~30 second loops, so you're not missing much. I'm just a loopy kind of guy... wish there were a market for it.
