Although we have already passed #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek we must remind ourselves always of why we are here. So I wanted to personally put this song out there to show that I also suffer mental health conditions that I live with day to day.

We don't forget that everyday life can lead to mental health challenges and these lead to the loss of life, pain and suffering for family and friends everywhere.

It's cliche to say #itsokaytotalk #itsokaynottobeokay #mentalhealthmatters #ContinueTheConversation #respectmentalhealth #timetotalk etc etc but the truth is it is all true.

We need to be checking in with our family & friends, responding when they say they're struggling, listen when they talk and support them for the minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or years it takes for them to find a way of finding happiness.

We're all in this together and we are stronger in numbers. I'm just another brick in the wall.
