So this is something that's been in my "in progress" pile for a while. Finally finished it with the help of the wonderful musicians Johannes Granroth (Bass) and Jussi Launonen (Violin).

The name of the track comes from a story that I came up for it in my head which is of a tiny cat-eared creature that somehow finds itself in a situation where the fate of the world it loves so much rests on its shoulders. Therefore the creature embarks on a frightening journey to save the world, in true Tolkien fashion.

This piece is a musical tribute to all life on earth and to the transcendental feeling a human experiences while listening to their favorite music. The feeling resembles that of flying somewhere above the clouds, like experiencing another dimension. Goodbye Cosmos is an “electronica-orchestral”-piece filled with shimmering synths, modal harmony, colourful textures and epic orchestral fanfares.
