I just had to recreate this hidden Jeremy Soule gem. It is such an amazing song for an amazing game. I can remember playing ‘Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets’ for hours when I was young. This recreation was completely made by ear and the sample instruments I used are mostly from a company called: East-West Quantum leap.

With fellow composition students [Tim de Jongh & Mees van Tilburg] we created this piece that uses two simple chord progressions.

2x4 Chords Composition

A short and spicy piece of 12 tone composition.

Schönberg's 12 tone: Happy Tree Friends

This was part of a composition assignment where I was only allowed to use two samples and manipulate them with a maximum of seven effect plugins.  The song had to be a maximum of 2 minutes. I wanted to explore as many sounds textures as possible and at the same time tell a story with the transformation the sound. The only sample I used is the ticking of a clock... and yeah at the end there is that one sound you should have heard coming.
