First official remix I ever made about 2 years ago finally being released to public and what an honour it was to remix one of my favourite songs of that year.  The Hippy told me he conceived this song whilst lying in bed, awake, listening to the anarchy going on outside his window that was the 2011 London riots.  Infuriated by Cameron's bullshit response to the fiasco... blaming it purely on juvenile disobedience rather than acknowledging the social unhappiness of youths that it clearly demonstrated, he challenged Cameron's words.  Here we are in 2016, and despite the event being 5 years ago it all still feels VERY relevant. 

Being released this friday(20/5)via bandcamp, coinciding with us both playing Golden Lion in Bristol... its going to be a banger, come get involved...

Loved this tune for years but had always found the mix down quite poor and had always wanted the drums to have some balls to them. So, heres my version. Not brilliant as i struggled with the pitch up in tempo on the original. But it'll do for the old crusty crew dem.x
