This song I wrote as a reflection into our past relationships.
Why is it that breaking up can be such a hard cruel process? Why do we look back on our past relationships that have ended badly with anger or even hate. Surely there was a reason why we were in this relationship. There was a special moment of connection when you saw the beauty and something special in someone. We should all reflect on those positive things and not the negative. If the relationship ends there was a reason. Maybe it wasn’t right or right at that time. My thought is that we should try and reflect on the past with fondness and gratefulness and as time of magic as a time we found out about someone and we learnt something. Everyone has a journey and this person was meant to be there for that time for whatever reason but as the Oasis song says, try not to look back in anger but rather love and understanding.
