To start off the month of March we would like to present you with a very talented female DJ, co-founder and partial owner/A&R for Limited Records London… Demika. Always having a keen passion for underground Techno and House music, Demika sank into the scene around 2009 and has been playing in clubs/bars all over London and Europe ever since. Following her dreams of originating a label, she now runs Limited Records, a vinyl-only record label with her other half, fellow DJ/producer Paul Baker. Demika’s live sets are always packed with floor-filling, thumping tracks going from deep-tech-house infused bass lines to deeper techno without eliminating her experimentally edgy side. When asked where she finds her inspiration Demika states, “Everywhere around me, everything inspires me in different ways. Life and moods play a big part in the way I play and perceive music.” So sit back.. relax . . & feel the story behind Demika’s distinct sound . . . ☽ ☯ ♬
