Calm & Steady series

- short tracks of dance music

All tracks were uploaded between 10/2020 and 01/2021, mainly in the 12/2020 - 01/2021 interval, with the following older exceptions:
. . - Libby Laksmi "LP79"(#15): 9 months old,
. . - a sine a square "Riviera of Eden"(#13): 4 months old.

The other series (short tracks) so far are:
- "Hard-Fast-or-Nasty" (more intense/abrasive)
- "MiddleLane", and "Superdance" (the middle, or ambivalence)
- "Funky-Dub-Trap" (terminology conundrum)
- "Fantaisies" (for professional dancers only)
- "Minimal"
- "Dark"
- "BreakB-Jungle-DnB"

There is little overlap between them, mostly between: *
. . A) MiddleLane, Superdance
and
. . B) all other series

* Increasingly there is some overlap between "Calm & Steady" and "Funky-Dub-Trap", and between a bunch of others (Dark, Minimal, ...). I'm trying to keep it to the minimum, the overlap, tracks finding themselves in more than one playlist

There are also numbers that don't exist—it's that simple. So if you're looking for piece 44, you might be out of luck :-) as I just found out :-D .... ..... you can certainly fill not all, but some of the gaps at @cosmic-ratzzz and find many more cool tracks I'm not involved in ;-)

Dear friends, we are delighted to present to you our first compilation:
‘Mtsvane’ in the Georgian language means Green, the color Green carries the vibration of growth, harmony, new beginnings, health, renewal, harmony, hope, peace, and environment. 
Exactly one year ago we started our new year with lots of positive intentions, unstoppable musical rituals, love, endless dances, and hugs. 
At that time we couldn’t possibly imagine any of the outcomes we all are dealing with right now. 
An idea we are about to share with you has always been there. 
we have been circling around it, and 2020 made it all more clear it was time for action. 
It was time to dedicate ourselves to something bigger than all of us, and we choose to do so with what we love. 
With this movement, we’d like to spread the word into our community that we all are capable of doing more, with what we love. 
We believe that the only way to say thanks to our Mother Earth, who suffers so much especially last period, is to leave something after us. 
The whole revenue from album sales will serve global reforestation. 
Nothing from this would be possible if not for the enormous support from all the artists involved.
We are beyond grateful for this compilation, in which you'll find a glorious selection of downtempo, electronic, ethnic, folk, deep, tribal melodies.

We have teamed up with a non-profit organization,
‘’One tree planted’’. 
After collecting the revenue for the planting season, everyone involved in this project will choose a region and every dollar will plant a tree. 
( NORTH AMERICA, LATIN AMERICA, EUROPE, ASIA, AFRICA, THE PACIFIC. )

This is a collection of some of my old SoundCloud beats. I was really hesitant to release these tracks (because they sound like 💩), but in order to honour a specific time 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞 in my life, I released them anyway. That way I created some sort of time capsule that I can open at any time and revere my early beginnings. And also by uploading it, I can show all the ԼƠƔЄԼY people on the internet where I started as a musician. I hope you can find some enjoyment in it. If ＳΛＴΛＮ decided you do and you want to use them for something, they’re free to download. But please share with me what you did with it, I would love to see! 

Now that you read all this bull 💩, the 💩 tiness of the music just transformed into sounds of honesty, progress and childlike spirit and all the 💩 tiness has washed away 🌊

"Jörg S. born in Cologne, from youth on, is fascinated by all kinds of art, so he taught himself the saxophone very early. Nowadays flutes of all kind are also part of the equipment, as are jaw harps, percussion, bass, guitars and keyboards.
He was and is always involved in many band projects and session events.
In the 80s he was a saxophonist in the Adam Noidlt Intermission Orchestra with gigs in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Basel. Very early on he also worked as a writer with live readings in the Cologne area and was a painter with large formats for many years, all in addition to his job as a graphic designer. Now, retired, he is devoted solely to music: home recording with the platform of choice, Soundcloud and global collaborations."
