The terms 'ebb' and 'flow' are used to describe the changing ocean tides.  Commonly, we use these terms as a figure of speech for changes in intensity of emotions, energy, or life circumstances.  Whether referring to the good times and bad times of a relationship, the waxing and waning of job/school stress, or even the contraction and relaxation of the heart with every single beat, things in life have a tendency to ebb and flow.  Inspired by this tendency is a piece I wrote called "Ebbs and Flows".  Hope you enjoy listening!
