As Ronald wanders the halls of the Hal Hall 2000 at Edgecon ("the world's largest Semi-annual Science-Fiction Convention"), after running into Crosley Bendix (who is none-too-impressed about the Rounder vs. Cubist dynamic), and yet before he was to enter (and narrowly lose) the Bulwer-Lytton contest (submitting this very description as his entry, ironically enough), he clumsily stumbles upon KTVU Channel 2's News Personality Barbara Simpson (who in later years would become a conservative radio host, and even briefly fill in for Art Bell during his infamous 'retirement' from the air in October of 1998), who is interviewing awesome space artist Don Davis (as his art is displayed on High Definition NetWeb CRTs, -- not made available to the public until a decade later), in the EdgeCon '86 Art Show-Dome Room. Note: Towards the end of the run track, after a metaphoric sonic battle is fought with rhythm and sense, against rhythm and sense, against all rhythm and sense, the early promising synchronistic juxtapositron manifestation, at an estimated Level .5b. the Vocalocalizations following show those early signs of nascent automated pilotless UMN Serendipo-Contento Sentience Sentencing. An important waypoint in the progress of this project. In this piece, the TOOL unit was 'selecting', at 'random', and then 'playing' the audio from a large stock of brief, innocuous catch phrases (in this test, all worthy words were farmed from an Asmovian Milieu). The assembly of the strings of resultant sentences was thus completely within its own autonomous control-whim modulator! 

Gentlemenandwomen, The eventual goal of these, our division's most-secret early experiments, commissioned by Mr. Friday, is the development of a practical, workable Wang TOOL audio generator(with an integrated ringing speech-net modulator). One that will reliably churn out frequent, considerably substantial sustained segments of sound speech and collage, and which will routinely incorporate the previously elusive and rare 'synchronicity of live mix factor' at a high degree of 'eerie coincidence' content confidence. 

This surreptitious serendiptic coveted content, so vital to traditional seminal mix-jam-receptacle programs like Over the Edge, has until now been a hit-and-miss proposition, dependent on fallible, failable organic beings/workunits to laboriously and haphazardly create, at accidental intervals.
