I been down for a bit without posting any new material as my recording equipment is out of commission, but I've been working a bit on some songs as I'll begin recording again next month (super stoked!!!). Seeing as I've a full album of content things should progress rather rapidly. Look forward to it! Just for awareness' sake, not all of the songs are of this variety in the lyrical and musical content. Heavy variation ranging from political to thematic. As always, love and appreciation.

One day, I think it was Autumn, 
You said "Let's pack up and just go.
This place is starting to look and feel
A little too much like a home."
So I stuffed all I could into my pockets. 
It wasn't much, but it had to do. 
Then we snuck down by the water, 
And laid for a while on its coast. 
You told me things would only get better.
You filled my head with thoughts of hope. 
You said "There has got to be something out there!"
I built that raft and hoped that it would float.

Soon enough it grew old.
