The Day I Reach The End

I wanted to attempt a bit of singing in this song. Went an octave higher than I’m usually inclined to record, but I think it conjures the feelings I wanted to convey. I made the beat top to bottom which is always a good feeling. The first verse, much as in “Don’t Run”, I went with a pretty steady solid rhyme cadence, but wanted to explore a bit more intricate plots in the second. As always, every song is written from the deepest place in my heart and soul.

And we push back against you and hold our ground and act like it is painless
But we succumb to our wounds and evil is how you paint us 
One word and that is how you recruit your armies of ignoramus narcissistic self centered people who frankly entertain us with the weakness of mind when you systemized it in your favor

Find me when I’m hiding deep in the back untie me it’s a lack of confining my negativity relying on the ones I never want to see me bleeding from the ceiling of my mind I see my whining had dispersed the times I’m trying just for one insecure defining moment of my life when I know I am pining for my own time that I’m crying to be over never go there signing to my own flow dried and I’m lying to myself burning up my stomach lining internally I’m vying for acceptance I’m denying leaving my brain the supplying of the chemical that facilitates gratifying self sufficiently unifying and exemplifying everyone around me in a way that has me identifying non complying inner dialogue suggesting to me that I’ve not a second worth of thought I’m just prying into a pit of loathing magnifying everything within me that’s electrifying but time I’m here I will always be self vilifying until the day I can say finally
