The latest single taken from No Fantasy Required, “Blondes Have More Fun,” is accompanied by a trio of remixes from contemporary electronica royalty: prolific Swedish producer on-the-rise Jonas Rathsman, Running Back boss Gerd Janson, and international house and techno breakout du jour, The Black Madonna.

Said Tiga of the Jonas Rathsman remix:
'I'm really impressed with the Jonas Rathman remix of “Blondes”; it manages to be delicate and powerful at the same time, a really smart version of my song, subtle and emotional and exceptionally well produced.’ 

Jonas himself stated “I was so happy when Tiga asked me to remix ’Blondes Have More Fun’! I love the original and I felt that the vocals were perfect to work with. I didn’t have too long to turn it around in between touring! But it all came together so quickly and I’m super happy with the way it came out. Tiga told me he was very happy also and that is so nice when you are delivering a remix for someone :) I’m really excited to share this one with you all.”

Tiga - Blondes Have More Fun (Jonas Rathsman Remix)

They say two heads are better than one and whilst we’re not quite sure who ‘they’ are one thing we do know is that their logic is certainly sound when applied to Leeds-based house duo Bonar Bradberry and Tom Thorpe, who have been working together as PBR Streetgang for over a decade now.

They are set to make their debut on Crosstown Rebels with ‘Shade’, a collection of music that proves there is no stopping the UK duo right now.  During the summer they've had releases on both Futureboogie and Craig Richards’s Ship To Shore label and they are currently hot footing it across the States on their US Tour (check out their tour playlist here)

"We've wanted to make these tracks for Crosstown Rebels for some time now, it’s great to have found the right inspiration and opportunity to get them out of our heads and make it happen. Also we're so happy to have I:Cube on the remix, he is a musical hero of ours so to have him remix us is a special honour."

Belgian duo Raw District return to the Crosstown Rebels label with ‘Addicted’, teaming up with the formidable Aquarius Heaven again for the label, this time remixed by the infamous Doc Martin and Keinemusik’s Rampa.

An ex reggae dancehall and hip hop singer; Aquarius Heaven brings the colors of the Caribbean to ‘Addicted’. Raw District’s flamboyant percussions grinds the beats into a track that stretches the limitations of electronic music.

Rampa’s remix illustrates the breadth of his studio skills, as founder of a production company TEILE, he builds soaring synths and strumming piano to elevate the emotional aspect to ‘Addicted’ equipping it for the early hours of the night. Doc Martin has earned the respect of many over his extensive career for his timeless style that bridge many genres. His remix is a driving, dub-tastic, tribal take on the original that has been going down a storm!

It's our distinct pleasure to welcome one of our favorite artists and all-around human beings to the label, the one, the only, jozif! It was love at first sight when we first partied with this dude two years ago in Mexico, and since then jozif has become one of our most beloved resident DJs at our Desert Hearts Festivals. His delicious personality and incomparable party vibe has made him a fan favorite behind the decks, but it's his dedication towards pushing the musical boundaries that's kept him in our hearts around the world.
