Push And Pull

Joseph O’Sullivan is a 20 year old singer/songwriter based in Navan, Ireland. After teaching himself to play guitar while studying Vocals in BIMM Dublin, he began writing his own songs with vocal influences like Moses sumney, phoebe bridgers, Billie eilish, James Blake and many more. After producing his first song ‘I guess we’re done’ and releasing it to SoundCloud alone, it garnered an audience of over three thousand listens. From here Joseph has been writing songs consistently in hopes to one day release and album 

SUNSHINE (released on the 28th of October), is written and performed by Joseph O’Sullivan and co produced with Sean Mulligan. SUNSHINE portrays the somber background of a somewhat happy nickname. SUNSHINE contrasts this very well by serving us a spoonful of sunshine on the chorus’s followed by a questionable aftertaste in the verses. Being written about a personal experience SUNSHINEs story starts with a frightened beginning and an angered end intentionally.
