Here is my mix from KEXP Seattle's show Midnight In Perfect World form 8/19. I went very different from what I usually do. To be honest I had a funk and r&b/hip hop set all planned out but ditched it because I felt like i wanted to something completely unexpected, which was a last min decision.  More of a flow/blending mix oppose to beatmatching to house and funk. Got some nice acoustic (minimal), indie stuffs, midtempo spacey jams, and some outside of the box tunes. I love all this stuff and have a wide taste in music that I never show.

Here is my set from #Lusiolights at the Volunteer Park Conservatory. Lusio Lights is an event that showcases  "progressive arts in technology" in a fun and beautiful environment. It was an honor to play for such a fantastic audience and be surrounded by so many plants, flowers, and cacti. For this set I kept it SUPER funky with some jams i've been digging the past few months. Lots of edits with accents of funk and disco, at about 120ish BPM. I usually play a little faster than that but was looking for a challenge to keep a slower tempo.

A friend Jon Lemmon has a show named Different Channels on 107.3 KBFG here in Seattle. It showcases different types of electronica, soul, funk, and all the saucy stuff in between. My mix for this show is pretty much a playlist of what I'm into these days. Some hip hop, r&b fusion,  uptempo jams, 70's jazz-soul etc. It's reminiscent of my KEXP mix from 4 years ago. I guess you would say it's a follow up to that.

Here is a vinyl set I put together for a buddies record store here in Seattle, WA. The theme of broadcast is that you can pretty much play anything you want and I definitely took advantage of that. I dug pretty deep for this one and played a lot of b-sides, 45's and dusty crate jams.
