Mix No. 127: The Second Earth Mix (What the Earth Needs Now)

A practical musical therapy in today's modern world. Can't eat properly? Anxious? Headaches? Nervous? Insomnia? Indigestion? Diabetes? It is said that music may hold a key to wellness.  By far, these pieces I have stumbled on helps by relaxing the mind and the body, so that we may heal.

Of course, you also need to go to a medical practitioner, but I do believe in this holistic way of "healing your self."  Simply play the mix at a subdued volume where there are no distractions and no other people involved (do not play when in a moving vehicle or working with machinery).  Allow your body to relax and quietly meditate the music.  Tell me how it affected you in the comments.
