Modern Hard Techno is characterized by its high tempo, aggressive, and hard-hitting sound. The basslines are often distorted, and the percussion is heavy, with the use of driving kick drums and fast hi-hats. 

Hard Techno often incorporates elements of acid and trance music, and it can be very energetic and intense. Not to be confused with Schranz or Industrial Techno. Hard Techno BPM lies between 145 and 165 BPM.

I’m Joey Vos, also known by my artist names such as Joey V or Just V. A Dutch DJ/Producer, living in The Hague, The Netherlands. My mission is to entertain and serve you a variety of electronic dance music.

I focus on multiple dance-related genres ranging from different types of House – everything in between – till Hardcore & Early Rave. My mixes will contain popular classics from the ’90s, ‘00s and also the latest and greatest hits!
