I was asked to write some feelings on that glorious daybreak with maxa, but some experiences are just too profound to articulate with words. Closing out Maxa on that early Sunday morning was a moment I’ll cherish forever. The sun was shining, the people were smiling, and I was surrounded by countless people sharing a moment of true joy & freedom. To my maxa family, thank you for trusting me with such a special slot. It was an honor to grace the deer once again! & to all of you who helped create this sacred moment, thank YOU!!! Im already counting down the days until we all dance again next year…lots of love, Bender ❤️

Playing on the Robot Heart bus at Burning Man is a dream I’ll never get tired of living. Robot Heart is a constant source of inspiration to me and so many others! Grateful for the opportunity to play on the bus again. 

This year (2024), my set time was Monday Morning at 7:00 am so I wanted to prepare something special for the beginning of an unforgettable week. 

I decided to play a live set filled with most of the Edits/Remixes I’ve made along the years (for example: Edits/Remixes I’ve made of Alice Coltrane, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Michelle Gurevich, Acid Pauli, Nicolas Jaar, Fred Again, etc…). 

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result of this experiment!
