This track started out more or less as a synthesizer sound experiment a few years ago where I sampled and resampled the sounds I created. Gradually those sounds expanded into an embryo of an arrangement. Florian’s gorgeous rhythm guitar stems moved the track away from that pure synth path. For a long time it was unclear how to proceed with the track. We did consider vocals but eventually decided to do an instrumental version. However, some form of vocal version of this track may still at some point surface at Florian’s cloud:) Then came Daniele’s and Dan’s wonderful solos and the track developed into the current version. The original synthesizer track can now hardly be heard, except in the beginning and in the end, and for a few occasional “noises”.
