I feel the S1 is more effective than LOGIC's Binaural Panning,
and seems to have less CPU overhead.

atteneding to a huge hole I was in need of filling...
and giving a mix just the right finishing touch.

On Sunday, before dinner,  i had only 10 minutes  time to let Monsieur Carl play and record something, and this entirely free Improvisation came out: "Monsieur Carl Is Praying". Hope you enjoy!

The grave chapel in Visby where I recorded my music is a special place to me. It's an octagonal building from the late 19th century that draws inspiration from Gothic architecture, with high vaulted ceilings and stone walls that create a unique acoustic environment.

During my recording session, I used vintage Coles 4038 microphones to capture the full depth and warmth of the chapel's acoustic environment. These microphones are known for their ability to capture the nuances of acoustic instruments with clarity and warmth, making them a perfect choice for recording in this unique space.

Prior to my recording session, I had often walked by the chapel and admired its architectural design, but I had never been inside before. Stepping inside for the first time was an inspiring experience, as the resonance of the space gave my playing a new life and created a sense of intimacy and connection that was truly special. Even the distant sounds of traffic outside added a unique dimension to the recording, reminding me of the world beyond the chapel walls.

**The Musical Offering (German: Musikalisches Opfer or Das Musikalische Opfer), BWV 1079, is a collection of keyboard canons and fugues and other pieces of music by Johann Sebastian Bach, all based on a single musical theme given to him by Frederick the Great (King Frederick II of Prussia), to whom they are dedicated. They were published in September 1747. The Ricercar a 6, a six-voice fugue which is regarded as the high point of the entire work, was put forward by the musicologist Charles Rosen as the most significant piano composition in history (partly because it is one of the first).[1] This ricercar is also occasionally called the Prussian Fugue, a name used by Bach himself.
