Sometimes all it takes to make a floor go wild is very basic. Right? This is where we would like to introduce our summer song "Endorphin Refill": Another 909 Beat, an enforcing bassline, some warm pianoish chords and specks of acid. Epic break? Check! Now can I get that refill pleeease?

"I control Hyperspace" - quite the message by our first timer Jean Crémant. Please welcome the Hamburg resident with a fantastic piece of music. I'm not gonna lie, it's a total Italo banger. The arp bass is rolling, the drum machine rattles again and the synth is singing a sweet melody. Icing on the cake? The vocal in between. Jean produces music in different genres since the mid-90s and never intended to release any of that - maybe except some tracks during the glorious years of MySpace. After playing in several punk bands, he re-discovered his disco-fetish while listening to the CBS Radio. Fortunately his dad develops electronic instruments since the early 70s and equipped him with some of his rarely used gear. We can hear the bubbles poppin already. Jean, can we have two more bottles please? Santé!

You get proper set times when you are on - like 4 hours and this means there is a chance to dive in deep and let it breathe. This mix was recorded during their 5-Day-NYE-marathon on the second of january 2024 from 17-21.

The power of Italo Disco. Often imitated, rarely reached. Hailing from Turin in northern Italy we have a new artist on Frank Music named Hey Cabrera! who presents his new dance single "The Moment". Having spent his youth with The Stooges et al, Gianluca went more Dance in recent years with appearances on Bordello a Parigi for instance. "The Moment" has it all: The ever-well-known bassline, melodies & pianos for days and topped with additional catchy vocal phrases.
