"Most definitely this was my most challenging Burning Man yet. It was too hot and we know we are the reason why. Luckily I got to play on a cool Friday morning for sunrise, right after my homie Acid Pauli. That was a beautiful 90 minutes surrounded by my friends and my Mayan Warrior family."

Art piece: Mechan 9 

Mechan 9 is the newest creation from Tyler FuQua Creations.  It is a giant fallen metal robot that is half-buried in the ground.  Over thirty five feet in diameter and six feet tall at his heart chamber, Mechan 9 is shrouded in mystery!  Decode the strange text on his body to reveal the secrets of not only his past, but of the universe as well.  Mechan 9 was built by an amazing crew and with the help of a Burning Man art grant in 2016 where it made its debut.

A long-awaited wish was fulfilled as I was invited to play my music at Robot Heart: the wish to express myself in such a magical setting, among kindred spirits and friends. 

Being given the honor of playing at sunrise right in front of the man made it all the more special to me.
