The full program of twenty musical pieces is over two hours long and is selected from Stevin’s favorite compositions from the last 15 years, along with several unreleased compositions, presented in a new and unique form, and accompanied by beautiful, healing beds of sound created by renowned sound healer and master drummer Christo Pellani.

This organic music takes us into peaceful and relaxing spaces - a musical bridge into the dream state and beyond, leaving us with the feeling of rest in nature and connecting us to a higher state of awareness. The combination of all-natural, acoustic and non-computerized sound creates a fresh and deep musical landscape for relaxation, savasana, yoga nidra, meditation, contemplation, restful sleep and more.

Most pieces are based on traditional Indian ragas (“that which colors the mind") in the Alap style -- where melody is explored without rhythm, although some have a natural rhythm — but they are performed in a way that is easily accessed by the western ear.

One of the flutes played on this track is Swamp Kauri wood 40 000 years old carbon dated with pounamu ( jade) and paua shell inlay hemp string. All handmade with knives and chisels from recycled wood of giant slabs of cuts

The Tree of Life is the foundation of the Light beyond the light, infinitely greater than the Sun. In a consciousness energy state it is possible for the yogi (or in other states of higher energy vibration) to transform the ordinary bodymind into a conceptual Light Body Vehicle of Ascension.

In Yoga Mantra and the Sun Salutation, to name one of its practices, the yogi is connected into the life force manifested in nature. Early, divine Egyptian society, had the mysterious god Amun, and the mother goddess Isis, credited with the creation of the world, and connected with the life-giving power of the sun, the solar deity Ra. In ancient Egyptian mythology and creation stories Ra was believed to rule in all parts of the created world: the sky, the Earth, and the underworld.

Maat or Maʽat is an ancient Egyptian concept of truth, balance, order, harmony, law, morality, and justice. Maat was also the goddess who personified these concepts, and regulated the stars, seasons, and the actions of mortals and the deities who had brought order from chaos, at the moment of creation. Her ideological opposite was injustice, chaos, violence or to do evil.

Yoga practices bring harmony to the inner world, and balance the inner and outer worlds. In Love and Light there is the Tree of Life, a resurrection of the pure, primal higher being, sattvic buddhi or True Self. The Sun Salute provides the input of Universal Energy into the bodymind, while simultaneously helps the yogi Surrender to All That Is - the Source of the Life Force.
