This song is pure ecstasy the entire time, reminding us to hold our loved ones close. To trust in each other and never give up. A song that celebrates living our best lives possible, together with our loved ones. I was listening to Nile Rodgers and Chic a lot at the time when writing it, so I tried to make it very rhythmic and melodic at the same time. This was the first song written for the album during a very large snowstorm in January 2024, where all the roads were iced over, and I needed something to dance to. My friend Les Fisher really brought the tune to the next level with his drum groove and slap bass line, he played both those parts himself. My friend Cole Gramling delivers this heart-wrenching piano part that just grabs your soul.
