John E.Boy débute en 1998 son histoire avec le UK Garage et le 2 step. Fan de tout styles de Breaks, il est vite amené à jouer autant de breakbeat que de Drum’n’Bass. C’est en 2000 qu’il fait ses premières apparitions sur scène avec le crew ON POINT à Aix en Provence.
En 2003 à Marseille, il rencontre MARS EXIST et HUMAN E.T avec qui il commence à mixer et à organiser des événements ‘strictly Drum’n Bass’.
De là, il commence à se faire inviter à jouer un peu partout en France.
En 2008, il monte son propre Crew: « NOTHING TO SCRATCH » né d’une collaboration avec AirSolid et s’agrandit avec Funk-e Lee et Mash Puppit en 2011.
Il continue à travailler avec HUMAN E-T Crew sur les soirées « ENJOY Drum & Bass » qui donnent naissance en 2011 au premier « Festival ENJOY ».
Dans le Crossover Dubstep/ House/UK Garage/Breakbeat et à travers l’émission BASSE FREQUENCE sur Radio Grenouille (88.8FM) qu’il anime aux côtés de Bestone MC et Cécile Faucillon, John E.Boy découvre et partage tout les styles de BASS MUSIC.
Ayant partagé de grandes scènes telles que les Plages Electroniques, l’Espace Julien ou le Rockstore avec des artistes de talent (DJ Marky – Sub Focus – Scratch Perverts – Aphrodite -Afrika Bambaataa…), John E.Boy s’adapte et met des smiles de partout où il passe, toujours content de diffuser de la Bass Music (Funky to Dirty – Radios - Events)!!!
Plutôt connu pour ses sets Drum & Bass, son univers ne s’arrête pas là pour autant, bien au contraire. Les mélanges font de ses sets un vrai voyage et une histoire autour de la culture Bass.
