Nice for someone to be honest about the Soundcloud addiction and turn it into art! Really like this song. Haven't heard anything quite like this style before - something about your chord progression - makes it sound like it should be pop or rock but it's not. Anyway it's great. And then throw in Joseph's guitar playing - fantastic!

that orange line made me laugh out loud - everyone knows them blues. lots of talk elsewhere today - and a lot of nonsense spoken - about the value of SC, whether all the jealousies, insecurities, insincerities are worth it. but they are. it gets our minds thinking creatively, makes us productive and lets the results be heard. we just have to deal with the rest. Have some orange for a great song.

This was the first song I wrote for the CD Keepsakes. It’s about the hot air balloon ‘Aerostat Reveillon’ which on September 19, 1783 was the first flight ever with passengers; a sheep, duck and a chicken. Scientist Pilatre De Rozier setup the demonstration for King Louis XVI to give him assurance that human beings could breathe at the higher elevations.

Fixed up the lyrics a bit.  Cranked it up a tone.  Performed it half way up the stairs for a bit of acoustic space (that whole bathroom thing is such a cliche)

This is a song by Nelson Sargento.  I wrote the English words, based pretty closely on the originals (with a lot of help from my half-brazilian,  or to be more precise half-baiana neice).
