Description: I have a free Kontakt instrument called Caleidoscope that I have not used before. I found that it has some great vocal sounds and used that for the rasping vocals on this track mixed with a few other plugins. The main part was all done in a single take and then I added the Banhu violin to complete it. The overall sound reminded me of the Sardukar chant in last year's Dune.

I haven't seen either of the Dunes, nor even read it. But sometimes I feel as though our plug-ins and software and even our pedals come to us from another world, and allow us to travel very far (all from the comfort of our own homes). And you, sir, are rather the traveller. Covering galaxies.

I delivered my guitar track to my friend, Josh (Entheogenic Psychonaught) and he enjoyed adding the psychedelic, yet foundational four string fretless bass. Ken (K2 and the Three and K2 and the Four) boosted the energy level of the song when he blew our minds with his driving drums. JJ (J.J. Terrell) added the wild, dynamic organ you hear throughout. Tez (Llanpsych) brought lightning down from the sky in the solo over the third section. And last, but certainly not least, Stephen (TexMex Shaman) laid down the mind-bending guitar solos over the first two sections. He also produced and mixed it, with a little help from Ken. We hope you enjoy listening to it as much as our Eclectic Collective enjoyed making it.

A light hearted bluesy song about a guy going to a party and not remembering a thing afterwards.
