I love your work, and this is no exception. I am very curious what movie it may have been for, but they made the wrong call when they turned this down. It is top notch.

You know what i love about this whole "Anonymous"  aspect.. no one could ever guess the movie because your style is so uniqe that you would give an edge to a score for a movie no one could ever guess.. NEVER a cliche moment with you dude and i so wish you would come bk to liverpool and help me get this city back on the map. The music is still alive in liverpool mate, its just side tracked with stress and local opression, i guess you had a lucky escape lol.  keep composing and ile keep listening

Liverpool born John Murphy began scoring movies at the age of 25. In 2001, following the success of Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch, he moved to Los Angeles.

Since then he has worked with some of the industry's most respected and luminary filmmakers, including Michael Mann, Danny Boyle, Guy Ritchie, Stephen Frears, and James Gunn, producing film scores as prominent and diverse as Sunshine, Kick-Ass, The Suicide Squad, and the seminal 28 Days Later.

After Kick-Ass Murphy set up the record label Taped Noise and began work on several non-movie projects. His latest film ‘The Suicide Squad’, with James Gunn for Warner Bros, will be released on August 6.
