Cardiff cult hero John MOuse is back with new single That’s Just The Way Our Love is out May 9th. 

After a brief dalliance with side project, The Fashion Weak, which spawned singles featuring Gruff Rhys and Miki Berenyi, both garnering extensive 6 Music and Radio Wales airplay, John MOuse continues in the new wave synth pop vignettes. 

That’s Just The Way Our Love Is, is a tale of relationships and the power of love through all its challenges. John collaborates once again with former band member Steven Black (aka Sweet Baboo) who produces this single and the forthcoming album.

A Miniature Romantic Piano Piece, written as a Christmas Present for a Miss Viktoria Bendikova.

Once again, sometimes, and somewhat unexpectedly, inspiration just seems to appear...

Only this time Thanks to a Newly Formed Friendship with the aforementioned (and also Very Beautiful...) Miss Viktoria Bendikova.

Having flown to Slovakia to spend Christmas with her Family, I half jokingly offered to write her a Piece of Music as a Christmas Present....

She very kindly accepted.

And so, on Friday the 30th of December 2011, I very nervously sat down at the piano and tried my best to conjure up some kind of Slovakian Romantic Piano Masterpiece....

But instead found this Scintillating Little Beauty...
